Product Description:
QX35-5 harmonic power transmission is designed to suppo rt the use
of the electric ball power executing agency fo r nuclear reacto rs
inside the harsh wo rking environment. The device has a valve by
the three-phase asynchronous moto r and reducer second harmonic
components, cha racterized as follows:
1. Moto r with a small moment of inertia, the advantages of high
starting to rque, the insulation level fo r the class H, when the
ambient temperature to 200hours (2 to 2.5 hours) can still wo rk.
2. Devices, pressure 0.6Mpa, when the external pressure 1.8Mpa able
to wo rk properly.
3. Reducer using harmonic drive type, with small and large
transmission ratio, and other advantages.
4. With a claw-overload protection device, when the overload, the
claw-action clutch, touch micro switch, cutting off power supply.
5. Cumulative radiation measurement: 1105Gy. Protection rating:
IP68. Wo rking: a 10-minute sho rt.
